Quantmade launches Epsilon — the new quant architecture for swing trading

Quantmade today launches Epsilon, the company’s new quant architecture purpose-built for swing trading on equities, long-only. Epsilon is designed to navigate a single equity universe through different market regimes with a regime-aware router at its core.
The key advantage of Epsilon is its regime-aware router: rather than relying on a single model for the whole universe, it dynamically directs stocks to different quant models depending on the prevailing market phase. This allows the architecture to navigate the same universe through different market regimes, adapting its approach as conditions change.
When the market regime switches into stress-mode, Epsilon trades equities with more conservative approaches than in less stressful phases. The same universe is therefore managed with a model mix that reflects the current regime, so the system scales risk awareness into the model-selection layer rather than only at the position level.
Epsilon is the latest addition to Quantmade’s systematic investment engine portfolio, complementing the existing intraday, swing, and long-term frameworks. It is designed to integrate into existing investment workflows alongside Quantmade’s other quant engines.
Epsilon is now deployed across all of Quantmade’s managed accounts, and it forms part of the strategies wired into managed accounts as well as Quantmade’s active managed certificates. Clients therefore access the regime-aware swing architecture through the same structures already in place — managed accounts and active managed certificates — without changing how they hold the exposure.
