Color-coded stock charts
A stock’s market phases are represented by a four color code on the stock chart. This makes it immediately clear in which phase the stock is. The chart covers a maximum of the last 500 days.

color code
- Dark Green: “Upward Trend” (“Bullish Trend”)
- Light Green: “Bullish consolidation”
- Yellow: “Bearish consolidation”
- Red: “Bearish Trend”
You do your investments according to the market phases of the stocks

Stock Manager signals
When the market phase changes, the color changes and there is a SIGNAL. The stock manager shows eight different signals. Four long and four short signals. There are clear recommendations on how to deal with this.
UPWARD SIGNALS (“LONG SIGNALS”)
- STABLIZE (red -> yellow):
Stock stabilizes -> Put on watch list or buy first tranche - LONG (yellow -> dark green):
Buy signal –> recommendation: build up a position - STRONG LONG (red -> dark green):
Strong buy signal -> recommendation: build up a position - RE-LONG (light green -> dark green):
Confirmation signal -> recommendation: build up another tranche, adjust the stop. let the position continue to run.
DOWNWARD SIGNALS (“SHORT SIGNALS”)
- PULLBACK (dark green -> light green):
Attention: share consolidates in the uptrend. Either the stock will resume trending and turn dark green, or continue falling and transition into a bearish trend. Recommendation: hedge position, sell a tranche, follow stop, put on sales watchlist. - SHORT (light green -> red):
Sell signal -> recommendation: reduce the position - STRONG SHORT (dark green-> red):
Strong sell signal -> recommendation: liquidate a position - RE-SHORT (yellow -> red):
Confirmation signal down. The stock failed to switch into the uptrend and is falling behind. Recommendation: follow the stop, reduce positions, wait for new signals
STOP MANAGEMENT
Whenever a “LONG”, “STABILIZE”, “STRONG LONG” or a “RE-LONG” signal comes, the stop for new or existing positions is set to the low of the previous market phase.
Every stock you buy is a bet that its price will go up (besides the dividend). Professional investors secure the positions in the portfolio with a stop order. If the price of the stock falls below that, the stock is usually sold. The stock manager provides you with a recommended stop level for your positions.
Offensive investors buy or rule out a (partial) position when the signal “Stabilize” is signaled. This first position is secured with an initial stop at the level of the previous Red Phase low. If the position continues to perform well, the stock enters the “uptrend” phase and generates a “LONG” signal. The stop is then adjusted to the low of the orange market phase. (“follow stop”). See graphic.
Defensive investors only buy when the “LONG” or “STRONG LONG” signal comes. The stop is at the low of the previous market phase (“yellow”).

We have put together some application examples here.
Investment example 1:
"Building a buy watch list"
- select the “stabilize” signal in the share manager
- all stocks that change from red to orange are displayed
- these stocks could trigger a buy signal in the short-term when the long signal comes
- it makes sense to check the shares in advance and, if necessary, to draw on analyst ratings
Investment example 2:
"Buy shares"
- select the strong-long or long signal in Stock Manager
- offensive investors already choose the “stabilize” signal for a first tranche
- all stocks that change a) from red to green, b) from orange to green or c) from red to orange are displayed
- these are possible purchase recommendations
- you can use this to buy the stock all at once or in increments
- when a position is taken, the stop is always at the low of the previous color phase
Investment example 3:
"Checking own positions in the portfolio"
- You would like to get a second opinion on your own opinion from the stock manager
- No problem. Simply enter the company in the color chart selection menu and query the current color code and color gradient
- If you want to sell a share, the market phase in the share manager can give you an indication
